MonoFas DNA Purification Kit I

 

MonoFas DNA Purification Kit I purifies
DNAfrom the PCR products and agarose gels.
Not only purifies the fragment DNA directly from
the PCR liquid, but MonoFas DNA Purification
Kit I also purifies the DNA from standard or low
melting agarose gels (TAE or TBE) slices.
MonoFas DNA Purification Kit I can be applied
for both centrifugation and aspiration methods.

Highly Effective Ligation
Lane 1:
Target gene (ARL1) purified by MonoFas I was
integrated into the bector, then amplified and
extracted.
Lane 2:
Confirming the target gene by restriction and
endonuclease treatment.
MonoFasI can increase the ligation efficiency as
it highly purifies the fragment DNA. Also neither
ethanol precipitation nor phenol extraction
before ligation is necessary.

MonoFas Plasmid Extraction Kit III quickly and
easily extracts highly pure plasmid DNA from the
E.Coli cultivated solution by using the centrifuge
method and the adsorption of DNA on Silica
Monolith. The extracted plasmid DNA can be
directly used for the restriction enzyme
treatment, ligation, sequence, PCR amplification

 Plasmid Extraction Comparison

MonoFas Plasmid Extraction Kit III produces a
much purer extraction than other similar
products. This is due to the structure of the
silica monolith, which does not need extra
pressure and the large surface areas for better
nucleic acid absoption.

Stable Recovery Rate

 

Due to the strict lot control of the silica monolith
that retains nucleic acid, the same amount of
Plasmid can be extracted from the same
bacteria coli culture solution.
The picture above shows the extraction of
2.6kb low copy Plasmid in JM 109 bacteria
coli and the recovery rate.

Extractable from BAC Clone

Usable for Restriction Enzyme
Digestion
Extract the Plasmid DNA containing the ARL 1
gene from bacteria coli (DH5a) using MonoFas
(Lanes 1 - 3). Digest the extracted plasmid with
the restriction enzyme EcoRI-HindIII and confirm
the target gene (ARL 1:581bp) (lanes 4 - 6).

Usable for Sequencing

Sequence analyses using the extracted plasmid.

 

Sample: DNA to make it amplify from human genome
by using Takara PCR Kit.
Sequence: data analyzed with ABI Prism 3730 x I

MonoTip C18, mini C18

 

MonoTip C18 and Mono Tip ,mini C18 are
sample preparation tips with Silica Monolith that
consists continuous through-pores bonding the
octadecyl group.


Octadecyl group, C18, bonding enables the
enrichment and demineralization of protein and
peptide with reverse phase mode by an easy
pipetting operation.

Effective Extraction


It was difficult to achieve a high recovery rate
and a great load volume, and an effective
purification with the existing tips that use particle
packing materials. However with the technical
advantage of Silica Monolith, which is equally
continuous through-pores, MonoTip C18 and
Mono Tip ,mini C18 enabled an effective
purification and a high recovery rate, and a large
load volume.


MonoTip C18 is for massive volume(200uL) and
for a small volume use, MonoTip mini C18 (10
uL) is available.

Easy Operation, Large Load

the each bulk material and a high recovery with
the existing tips packed with particle bulk
materials.

However, with Silica Monolith, which has
continuously equal through-pores, Mono Tip
C18 enabled to throughput a large sample
volume, a high purification and recovery rate for
