Capital Hypersphere

Hypersphere HPLC columns and UCC Cartridges from Capital HPLC represent a 100% compatible alternative to Thermo Hypersil columns for all HPLC applications. Compare for yourself the chromatograms below which show the identical results obtained with both Capital Hypersphere and Thermo Hypersil for compounds of vastly differing polarities. Existing Hypersil methods can be directly carried out on Capital Hypersphere using exactly the same chromatographic run conditions with no changes in selectivity or retention characteristics.


In addition to the undervitised silica, Hypersphere is available with the following surface chemistries: C1(SAS), C4, C8(MOS), C18(ODS),CN(CPS) and NH2(APS).In addition to the standard 120Å Hypersphere, we can now offer our customers the base deactivated range of Hypersphere materials (BDS-Hypersphere) All phases are available in 10, 5 and 3μm
particle diameters.

All Capital Hypersphere columns must undergo the most stringent quality control conditions in our ISO9002 approved laboratory. Hypersphere columns provide the same chromatographic performance as Hypersil with lower column back pressures thanks to Capital's proprietary packing technique. All materials are held in
stock for immediate delivery from the narrow bore scale through to preparative columns.
 
In all test Hypersphere was shown to be virtually indistinguishable from Thermo Hypersil except for one important factor - price! Compare the examples below with the examples opposite.
